Located in the middle of a miniature Bavarian Village, surrounded by modern high-rise buildings right next to the 405 freeway in Huntington Beach. Only 6000 miles from the Munich Hofbrauhaus Oktoberfest was transplanted from Munich to Old World in September 1978. Here at Old World you are the guests of our royalty. Just be a winner in our beer drinking contest and you can be King or Queen for a night. Our Oktoberfest program features the Jaegermeister Girls, the famous "Chicken Dance" the "Zillerthaler Wedding March" the "Donkey Wave" the grand "Polonaise" and the new sensation "Alice." Since 1978, Oktoberfest has had its roots right here in Huntington Beach. Complete with German bands imported from Europe, dancing, and imported beers (of course) and tasty German foods from bratwürst to potato salad to hot pretzels and apple strudel, Oktoberfest has something for everyone. Even you can join in on all the fun and even learn the infamous "chicken dance." Needless to say, an event you don't want to miss.
