Sand Sports Super Show 2004
The Sand Sports Super Show is the super store where most Sand-A-Holics bust out the wallet and get to loading up the truck and trailer with all the newest designs of high-performance parts, clothing, safety gear and trick stuff! The crowds are thick, the music is cranked up and the action at the Sand Sports Super Show is always going off. All the duners were in search of the latest "stuff" to make people turn, look and listen when they've got the throttle pried wide open or they are smashing the pedal through the floor. This event attracts approximately 35,000 dune enthusiasts in a three-day period. The environment is extremely important and conducive to educate and inform these enthusiasts with one-on-one contact with BLM park rangers and multi-media displays on safety in the Imperial Sand Dunes. Many associations will be present as well including the Off-Road Business Association. Admission for the event is $8 (13 and up) and children under twelve are admitted free. Show hours are as follows: Friday 5PM-10PM, Saturday 9AM-7PM, and Sunday 10AM-5PM.
